Overview
The premise of Chicken Shift was simple: chickens (at the top of the screen) laid eggs and the eggs went down tubes, into nests below them. The trick was that the tubes had gaps in them and if an egg passed through these gap, it would fall to the ground and crack, and you'd lose a life. To fill gaps, you had to "shift" small red and blue colored tubes into the spaces with red and blue buttons, thereby allowing the eggs to safely make it to the bottom nest. Similar to Activision's Kaboom, Chicken Shift got harder as you advanced levels. The bonus level was just as nerve-racking, which you had to guide the eggs to a sign that read, "eggzit." Hey, I didn't think of it.
