Overview
Capcom's Alien vs. Predator for the arcade is a 2-D side-scrolling action/fighting game based on the Alien vs. Predator comic books.
Coin-Op Details
In the distant future on a faraway planet, an alien infestation has spread throughout a thriving city, consuming everything in its' path. As a small military unit desperately tries to fend off the alien horde, they are later rescued and joined by the Predators who are looking for their next big game to hunt. Due to Capcom's expertise on 2-D games, this game has impressive graphics, an intense soundtrack, and colorful animation. There are four characters to choose from, each with their own respective attributes and skills, a variety of items, pick-ups, and weapons, and a lot of special attacks, which altogether makes great gameplay (not to mention up to 3 people can play simultaneously.) However, one downside to this game is it was never released on any console (not to be confused with the SNES version from Activision.)
